Content Ownership: The AI-generated content you create using Photonia AI belongs to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your Prompts and Input Content do not violate the rights of others.
Content License to Photonia AI: You grant Photonia AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, display, or share your generated content for purposes including, but not limited to, app improvement, model training, promotion, marketing, or technical analysis, unless you explicitly opt out using the setting provided within the app.
All app-related trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Photonia AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without explicit permission.
5. Service Usage and Limitations
Monthly Generation Limit: Users on the free tier are limited to 100 generations per month. We reserve the right to change this limit with reasonable notice.
Service Availability: We may, without prior notice, change the features of the app, stop providing the app or its features to you or to users generally, or create usage limits for the app.
6. Privacy
Photonia AI is committed to protecting your privacy. The app does not collect or store personal data unless explicitly provided by you. 7. Prohibited Uses
