Photonia AI Privacy Policy
At “Photonia AI” (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “us”, “app”), we place the highest importance on privacy and data security for our users. This Privacy Policy describes your personal data that we collect, process and protect when you use the “Photonia AI” mobile application.

2. Photo Generation with Artificial Intelligence
The app generates photos using artificial intelligence technology. The generated photos are processed only in accordance with the users’ requests and are not saved. Photos are only used for immediate processing and are not stored or retained in any way afterwards.
3. Use of Data
Since your personal data is not collected, we do not sell your data for advertising purposes or to third parties. Your personal data is not used in any way during the photo production process.
